The Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) helps local governments access federal resources, including during a federal Presidential Disaster Declaration. DHSEM and DOLA Regional Managers will coordinate with the CRO on long term recovery activities.

		The Colorado Community Revitalization Grant provides gap funding for projects in creative districts, historic districts, main streets or neighborhood commercial centers.
		The Colorado Revolving Loan Fund provides loans ($5K-$750K) that help small to medium-sized Colorado businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
